Labor Authentication

I am getting an offer from a company who is saying that they have an approved labor.
First and foremost, can I trust the company is who is offering me an approved labor, are there any loopholes I should be aware of?
Do I need to authenticate the approved labor they are offering?
If yes, how can I do that, what kind of information should I ask from the company inorder to authenticate if they really/geniuenly have an approved labor.
Your inputs will be invaluable.

I would say, get a copy of the labour certification and authenticate with your own attorney to see if your the qualification and skill set match with that labour. Look at the thread given below, it has very useful information:
