Labor Approval thru PERM process

I am currently under a valid H1 B visa. I have applied for GC under the Perm process. I am still waiting for my labor approval.

If my labor approval gets rejected will I still be authorized to work using my current H1 B?
 
Yes u can

H1 and GC are separate...yes you can work.
