Labor applied in West Virginia SWA

abcd, can you please update me ??

What date is SESA processing nowadays in West Virginia ??
I am getting conflicting reports from the Internet.

www.immigration.com says Dec 2001
while murthy.com\'s and shusterman\'s sites say Jan 2001.

There is a big difference.
I do know that in July 2001, SESA was current for WV.

Also, is WV processing RIR cases or has it stopped ? I had heard a rumor that it has stopped.

Please.. very urgent.. I am applying this month in WV....

SESA is processing Jan 2002 cases now - as per my Attorney.

Some internet sites may have a typo.

You are right, SESA was Current in July 2001.

I have NOT heard about the rumor. Let us hope for the best.

No one is updating this tracker.
I think very few people are applying from West Virginia.

Also, I think DOL is Philly so it is taking only 30 odd days for DOL approval.

Hoping for the best.
