where to advertise the job?

Hi all,
My employer is applying for the LC for me. I have a question about the job advertisement.
I have an MS in Electrical Engineering and working as a research specialist in Cardivascular Institute of a university. My research is related to cardiovascular field. Application of some engineering methods to cardiovascular signals.
As far as I know DOL is asking to advertise the job in two international journals. Now my question is how to select these journals to advertise in?
Does anybody have an idea about this? I know it is a specific question but I just wanted to get some opinion before I move to next step.

           Good news..Mine Labor is approved on 5/3/2002.The priority date is 5/13/2002..I wish all the best for others and for I140s.

Are you sure your priority date is right? If yes then I need to check mine. Cos we both were exactly similar to start with and my priority date has been give as 01/22/02

Does any one know approx. how long Non-RIR case take to be approved in pittsburgh ???
My case was filed on 17-JAN-2002 under NON-RIR category.
