Will AVM ask Last Name??

I don\'t know the case number and I don\'t know where my case is filed.
So if I call up on AVM & give my employer\'s tax id, will it ask for a person\'s last name? I am asking this bcoz I sent a mail to LCSTATUS03@doleta.gov for seeing the status but It replied me with 100\'s of case numbers filed by my employer. So I could not figure it out which one is mine. I don\'t get proper feedback from my employer.
So I will appriciate if you give me more details in finding my case.

If your case is sent to Philly LOA, your lawyer will get receipt.

If there are about 100\'s cases filed by your employer, you won\'t trace your case by yourself.

I was told by my company that it will be cleared in May or June.
Does it take so long?????

Did you apply in RIR or non RIR ? Pls. reply.
 
Mine is RIR.

I called Philly AVM this morning. It looks my case is still in Pittsburgh SESA. My case was filed 1/31. Hopefully it will be sent to Philly LOA soon. I have tracked the others\' cases, it usually takes 3-4 months.

so any one knows how much it takes for ETA 750 to be approved for Pittsburgh?

Wei wei , i have not fully gone through the new DOL rules but as much I had seen, there must be not problem if the company fullfill all requirement. But I will go through the new guidelines this weekend and reply at the earliest.
 
Non-RIR in Pittsburgh

Has anybody applied for LC under non-RIR in Pittsburgh ? Any input is greatly appreciated. When I called Pittsburgh SESA, they mentioned that they are currently processing March 1, 2002 for non-RIR category. I just wanted to reconfirm this with you all.

When I called Pittsburgh SESA couple of days ago, they were processing Feb 1, 2002 for RIR cases and March 1, 2002 for non-RIR. So your case should move to Philly DOL soon. Keep us posted with any updates.
 
What is the number of SESA?

I would really appreciate if you can give us the telephone no. of pittsburg SESA. Do they tell the status of the case by giving them first & last Name??
