I am currently on H1 and I will be completing my 6 years in July 2008. I am planning to switch my job, but the new employer is ready to start he GC/labor process only after 6 months of employment.
Considering the fact that I do not have much time in hand, is it safe to make a move, such that Iwill not have any problems applying for Labor and further processes?
Also, what will be the risks involved with this?
 
with PERM you should be able to make it before 6 months.

Better is to have both your current and potential new employer to file for you ..just in case of any issues you can continue with the current company..

why take risk .this whole GC process has too much implied risk !
