Labor and I-140 Cleared in EB3

Hello All,

I am creating this thread for people who long waiting for priority date to come having cleared the LC and I-140 under EB3 with Priority date of Jan 2004.

As we wait lets exlopre some short cuts.

I learned that we can apply and clear labor in EB2 PERM and make use the of the old priority to expedite the process.

Can somebody comment on this....

No short cuts. re-apply eb2 from scratch from different company and try to retain the PD. That's all we can do...

If you have a masters from US university ...

Best thing is to go for pre-approved labor .. EB2 or EB3 ...

There was some news for banning them .. but it has not happened yet. For the US graduates they are not doing much checks and stuff and U may get Ur GC in few months rather ( if U labours with older PDs) than years with current PD.
