Hi

I am on L1 visa ins US and wud be going for a court marraige in India
without the consent of my parents. I want to bring my wife to US on L2
after marriage.

Will the consullate accept this marraige as valid bcoz it was done without
parental consent. There will also not be any marriage pics with all the ceremonies and will parents or relatives

How much time will it take after this marriage for us to get her visa stamped?

also do i need to get my name endorsed in her passport?

Consulate should not care about parental consent. They will be bothered only about your Marraige Registration Certificate from the government. You can tell them it was not a regular marraige but have lots of supporting documentation ( court documents, registration certs)
