L2 Visa

I am on a L2 Visa and have applied for my EAD. My visa and I94 are valid till 2008. In case my husband (L1 visa holder) leaves the country due to some reason, can I continue to work with my EAD till my I94 expires or do I have to leave with my husband ?

Your valid status is dependent on your husband's. So if he quits his job you both will lose status, i.e. you cannot continue to work/stay in the US.

Thank you for the answer. He may not quit the job but his company might require him to travel back to india for 6 months and then return back on the same L1 visa. In that case can I continue to work here ?
