Hi All,
I'm here in US from past 14 months on L1 B Visa and now getting married in Nov 2009. Please help me with following queries:
1. I dont have I-797 , Can my spouse apply for L2 using my I-129s
2. Is she requires my W-2 and paystubs for applying Visa
3. Is she require any letter from my employer.
