L2 VISA and travel to India - urgent

Hi,

I am on L2 and my visa expires on June 2nd 2006. My I-94 is for 3 years till 2008.

My husband L1 is valid till May 2006 and his I-94 is also for 3 years till 2008.

My questions:

1) I may have to leave to India in March 2006 for my sister's marriage. My husband will be in US. Is there any cut-off date before which I should return to US so that I could avoid L2 stamping again in India?

2) Will my existing EAD become invalid if I go to India and come back?
 
there should not be any probem, to exit and enter USA as long as your L2 visa is valid....... You can stay there as long as you want... since you are having non immigrant visas so.

Your EAD will be valid.
