L2 Travel Outside US while EAD is under processing

Hi Friends,

Can anyone suggest whether it is ok to travel to India and back to US again while waiting for EAD. ( 90 days EAD processing time ).

Can the change of I-94 an issue ?

Pls advice.

Hi, I too have a similar question...Can I travel to Jamaica for vacation while my EAD is still pending(this is the 1st time i have applied for EAD) and Iam on L2 Visa...

According to my knowledge, if you re-enter US the existing EAD does not remain valid.

EAD has no connection to travel whatsover.
