L2 - Supporting docs for EAD application

Hi,

I am a L2 visa holder and planning to apply for an EAD. Just want to have some clarity on what supporting documents need to go with the I-765 application form. As I gather so far, one needs to submit :

1. Copy of I-94 departure record (front and back), if available.
2. Copy of last EAD (not applicable in my case)
3. 2 photos
4. Evidence that I am the spouse of a principal L-1 - would a copy of
my marriage certificate suffice for this. Or would a copy of the visa
stamping on the passport / I-94 be the expected document? Can you
please provide clarification on this?

Are there any other documents I need to submit?

Also, I am assuming that a photocopy of these documents is what is required to be sent. Please let me know if we need to send the original of any of the documents.

Hope this isn't too late.

did you consider or explore the option of doing the EAD on-line.
It works much faster easier. We did this and had very positive results.
There is an complete "to-do" & "not to-do" lists/advice on this forum - may be different group. We used that as a guide.

Worked excellent - we are living example.

Didn't get EAD before 90 days. Just went to local USCIS center and got interim EAD.

You need to furnish a copy of principle L1 visa as well. My wife got her EAD recently (that is her 2nd EAD)
 
I think online EAD is better.
Looks like you don't want to try that - Good luck with traditional approach.

With online app, there are no lost photos and them not reported as not conforming to requirements and such ....

Yes, photo copies of these would be sufficient, I would think (since we didn't file traditional approach)

But do send copy of principal visa holder's (L1) visa page
Marriage certificate
Copy of your L2 visa
