I have been working with a firm for 5 years now.I took a vacation a month back to join my husband in the US on an L2 status for which I had got a date in India right in the month of Jan.MY company filed for my L-1 A blanket petition in the mnth of May and my L1 peition approval has come through.
Can I go to Canada to get my L-1 visa stamped or DO I need to go back to India to get the stamp
Pls can someone help me on this as this is an urgent situation.
