I am staying in US with L2 visa. Now, I've got my "Individual petition" from my company for the visa type-L1. Can I change my L2 visa to L1 from USA itself? or Should I go back to INDIA for L1 visa stamping? Please advice me. It is very urgent.
Did you get new I94 attached to approval notice ? if yes, you can stay and change the status to L1. if not, you need to go out and get L1 stamp and reenter to be on L1 status.
