Hi Guys,
I have a big confusion ..
I am herein USA on L2 visa as my wife is on L1. I processed my EAD & currently working with one of the IT company. Now My wife's employer decided to process her(L1 visa) H1 in the this year's lot. At the same time my Employer is also processing my(L2-EAD) H1 visa.
My query is can I & my wife travel to India for 2-3 weeks(on vacation) in the month of May 2011 & come back to USA,while our H1 visa is in process? as we are having valid L1 & L2 visa.
Also i am worried about, if my Wife's L1 visa will get converted into H1 before i'll get the my H1 approval then I can not stay herein USA. Is there any workaround for this?
