L1B visa holder marrying a US citizen

What forms do I file my daughter's fiance who is working on a L1B visa to change to a permanant visa. My daughter was born in US. My daughter is still a student and I would be the sponsor. Thanks for SKG for the reply.

As long as he is your daughter's fiance' you do not fill in any forms. Once they get married, he (with your daughter as sponsor) files for adjustment of status (I-485 and I-130 package).
