L1B to H4 conversion

Hi

My I94 Expired on Dec 06 2010 and and my L1B extension got denied on 01/19/2011.
My compnay filed for extension in July 2010 but it took this long for them to give a response.

Currenlty my wife is on H1 and 35 weeks pregnant. Her I94 is valid till June 2012.
Not that my I94 is expired and my extension is denied how can i move to H4.

Please suggest

Since you are no longer in valid status, your COS to H-4 will be denied. Your best course of action is to the leave the country, apply for an H-4 visa and re-enter. Make sure you do not accrue more than 180 days of overstay.

Now that my I94 is expired and my extension is denied how can i move to H4.
