I came to US in April 2006 from company A.
Company B filed H1B in 2006 and was approved in sep 2006 with starting date from nov 1st 2006 as on I-94.
My questions are:
1)Do I need to join company B???
2)Is there any problem if I continue in company A???
3)If it is problem to continue in company A then what is that I need to do in order to continue in company A.

Note:
Company B has not given me the offer letter still nor I haven't signed any documents for company B.

Pl. do reply at the earliest and thanks for your help in advance.

1) yes, you need to join B.
2) you will violate status requirement.
3) file another I-129 to change the status back to L1.

Thanks GotPR...
I would like to know what is the procedure for filing I-129...
Whether I need to do it or the company (A or B)needs to do it???
Is there any other way for this as I can't tell my problem to company A nor company B is not ready to do this...
How about going back to home country and entering US with the old L1B visa???
Is it going to be a problem at the port of entry??

L1 sponsor needs to file it.

This works too if you already have valid L1 stamp in your passport. Just take a few days vacation in Canada and fly back.
Is it going to be a problem at the port of entry??
99% No.

Thanks a lot GotPR for your needy help..
I got my life back.. !!!!!
Thanks once again for your advice....
