At present I am in USA with L1B Visa for a company ABC and it is valid till 2024.
This year my H1B was picked and approved from other company XYZ. But I am not started working for XYZ firm.(Payroll was running in ABC only).
Now I have a situation, where I need to go Out of USA for couple of month and return.
Should I go for H1B stamping before coming back to USA.?
Note: I did not joined my H1B sponsor firm yet. I am continuing with my L1B sponsor.
Please clarify my coubt.
