Hi, I am currentllyon L1A visa working for a corporate company. My I94 is expired on 3/24/2008 and I applied for L1A (I94) extension last month under normal process. My wife was on L2 and applied for H1B in premium processing and it got approved coulple of weeks back (Valid from 10/01/08 to 09/28/11, I94 number issued). If my L1A extention is rejected, what are my options. Can i change my status to H4 status as my wife has got H1 approved? Could you please tell me the best alternative.
