L1A to H1 B

Hello ,
Iam currently on L1 A visa which will expire on Sep29,2007 while I-94 will expire on Oct9,2007.
If I would like to convert to H1 B, what could be the best option for me?

1. Should I apply for H1 B with premium processing?
Would this change my I-94 with new status and extended stay or same I-94 status and limit of stay?

2.Should I apply for H1 B with no premium processing?Would this get my H1 B by September for sure or could it be delayed?Whats the effect on I-94?

Any body , plz let me know.

You must file your H1 change of status on time i.e April 1.Any body , plz let me know.
