On May 22, 06 applied I-140/I-485 and received RFE on July 10. A lot of the information they are asking is duplicative because we already submitted those information the first time around. For example, they are asking for
1. stock ownership from both foreign and US companies and we did send thos documents;
2. explain how the beneficiary is in a mangerial position - for this we submitted my resume with detailed job duties, sent organizational chart with 7 employees working under me;
3. company willing to pay the wages - I sent Tax return and my W2.
I don't know what other information I can send here. Can somebody give me some suggestions?
