L1A - Change of job spec

I am currently in the USA on an L1A visa. If the company wished to change my job specification, who's responsibility is it to report the change to the government. I suspect it is the companies responsibility, if they fail to do that, what are the implications to me and the company?

The above rules may not apply if you obtained L-1 status under a blanket petition.

Thanks for the info, the company did obtain an L-1 for me via a blanket petition, so what rules change in this siuation?

Are u on L1-A or L1-B. L1-A is for managers. L1-b is for sp. skills workers.

I am now confused. They applied for an L1-A status for me using their L1 Blanket petition. So what are the rules?

OK I'm English and on a L1-B Blanket visa, I want to transfer to a different job for the same company, my job description will remain similar. Will I have to return to London? What is the process?
