Hi

My friend is in Canada and he wants to come to States on L1.How can he apply ? His company is there in Canada and USA also.

what is the procedure ? please let me know.

To be qualified as L1, he has to work for that company at least 1 continuous
year in last 3 years. if he is qualified for this, then his company has to apply.
So, tell him to ask his company.
