My wife wants to apply for an L1 visa through a company. She has worked for 6 months as a project trainee from june 05 to nov 05, at which time she was not employed with the company and no salary was given.
After six months of training she joined as a full time employee in dec 05 and has completed six months of employment.
Is she entiteled for applying an L1 visa based on her 6 months training and 6 months employment. or is it necessary to be on company's payroll for a full one year.
