I am a canadian citizen with established Incoropration (IT Consulting) here in Toronto for the last six years. I am the only one employee of this company with good income.

I want to register my company in USA now and seek L1 visa.

1) Is there a possibility to get L1 visa to start a Inc in USA?

2) What is the procedure for a canadian citizen to get L1?

3) What is typical fee for the lawyer to prepare all the papers and advice?
