Me and my husband are on L1 and currently in US. My husband has applied for L1 extension and he has received it till 2011. My L1 and I94 expired as of 14 Jan 2009, my extension petition was applied and I have received RFE. This is the second RFE that I have received and my company will be replying back to the RFE by end of March 2009.
The general advice is for me is to leave US as the chance of rejection is high.
Can you please let me know if
(1) I can transfer to L2 or dependant to my spouse on his L1 visa without leaving US?
(2) What are my other options, can i request for B1 or F1 visa? Please advice.
