Hi, my friend right now works on L1 and have applied for his H1B through premium processing. His new employer have said that his H1B will be done in another 3 weeks.
He has given his notice to his previous employer which is of 3 weeks in case during the 3rd week of his notice period if his H1B is approved by that time will he be violating any rules by working for his old employer ?
He will be taking his new employment only by Nov 15th. will this be a big issue ?
