I have 2 doubts regarding change of status (L1A to H1B):
1) I am going to process my H1 from Company B for this year's quota and I am right now working on L1A with Company A.I was told by Company B that I can't remain on job on L1A with Company A after 30th Sep 2006. Is this true? I have one case where the person is still working on L1 and he has valid H1 petition also from last year. One other guy left the L1 company around december last year before join with H1 employer.
The reason is that I want to work with H1 employer only after my project with them gets confirmed with the Company B and I might not stay on bench.
Can I work on L1A after 1st October (for 2-3 months may be) if my Change is status is approved?
2) Can Change of Status (from L1A to H1) be applied by more than 1 employer also? If so which one gets affected actually?
