L1 to H1

I came to US in year 2000 on H1B. I went to India for vaccation in year 2001 and my company cancelled my H1 visa and issued an L1 visa. I re entered US in year 2001 on L1. I went back to India in year 2003 and my company cancelled my L1 and issued me a fresh H1 (stamped April 2003). Will my previous H1 years and L1 years be counted in the 6 year quota?

if you are not out of the country continuously for 1 yr ...all your previous stay counts towards your 6 yr limit

Its like any L visa + any H visa put together you can have max of 6 yrs (unless you are waiting on LC for more than 365 days or pending 485)


PS: by any H visa i mean H1 or H4 ...same with L1B or L2
