I have an issue which is very different. I am on L1 visa with I-94 valid till 12 Sept 2005. Since this years H1 quota has already got over, if I file H1 that has to be filed from April 2005. My question is when the H1 gets approved will it be approved from 1st October,2005 in I-94 ?? If that is the case , then for 18 days I will be out of status as my L1 I-94 is valid till 12 Sept 2005.
Is it possible to make the H1 approval in I-94 from September ??
