Hi,
Candidate is currently on an L1 in the United States. Applying for an H1 this year, can start working from October 2007. In the meantime (between the months of July(H1 filing) and October2007, if the candidate gets married and changes status to dependent of H1 holder, will the L1 to H1 conversion be hampered in any way ? (like how it happens if the candidate goes out of the US)
