L1 to F2

Hi, i have gone through, the Faq, it is really interesting to know details about various issues. However i did not find answer for my case.

I am a graduate student in US on F1 visa and my wife is a software engineer in India. I planned to bring my wife on F2 visa. In the last movement, My wife had got an opportunity to come to US on L1B visa from her company. Inorder to take my decision, i need your valuable feed back for my queries.

1. Can she process for L1 visa (if she want to come on L1 visa to US) after getting F2 visa.

2. After reaching US on L1 visa, if she quits the company, what happens to L1 status?

3. Is it possible to get F2 visa for her without leaving US, if she want to quite the company, as I am staying in US on F1?

2. After reaching US on L1 visa, if she quits the company, what happens to L1 status? If she quits she has to change her status to F2 or get another h1

3. Is it possible to get F2 visa for her without leaving US, if she want to quite the company, as I am staying in US on F1? YES
