L1 to F1 Transfer (Pls Help)

Hi All:

I have searched the previous posts but I could not find any satisfactory answer to my questions. I will be grateful if some body could please answer my question:

I am currently on L1 and wanted to transfer on F1. Could somebody please advise me how can I do that or point me to the right post / direction which could answer my question?
