I have recently joined a US based startup in India. In US the company has only one registered office, however do not have any employees as of now (except it's founders). In India, I am the only one working for this company. The company is ready to sponsor my L1 in next 12 months. How likely is that my L1 will get approved/rejected, or are there any eligibility criteria's for the same? Appreciate your thoughts/suggestions
