L1 process start up

hello to all,

Your help is appreciated...Let me tell you my story shortly..

I will open my new company in Florida soon.My lawyer over there told me to apply for L1 immidiately after the registration of the company.I'm the owner of the company here in Turkey about 5 years, and i will register the company to a friends office over Orlando .I cant find much time to go to USA for the first 2 years (max 1 month a year).I have also B visa till 2014.

-do i have to apply for L1 immidiately?
-What will happen if my company over there can not earn much money,or cannot do much business within the first 2 years of time?

These kind of matters are complex enough that you really should choose to resolve them with an Attorney. People can express advise, suggestions, etc., but ultimately only an experienced Attorney will do it appropriately. I am not advocating that you should spend your money consulting a law firm, but I am only suggesting that from a long term benefit standpoint.

Thanks for the suggestion,im already working with an attorney.But it is good to hear the experiences from people who were in the same situation in the past.If there are some please write me.Thanks in advance...
