Hi,My husband and my visa and I-94 is exp in Jun,2006.His company is deciding whether to file a L1 ext or file new H1b for him?.
1.If his company planned to do L1 ext can we stay in US till it gets approved?.
2.If his company planned to do H1b can he continue working for that company till he gets H1b approved.
