Following is my visa scenario:
-- Worked with company A on L1 from Sep 2007 to Jun 2009.
-- Did a COS to my husband's L2 from Jun 2009 till date. Currently working on my EAD.
-- My employer has decided to do my H1 B. For how many years would it be valid? Would it be 6 years or would it be 6 - L1/L2 years?
