L1 - H4 Query...Pls Help!!!!

Hi,

I am currently working for a company in India with a stamped L1-B (individual) visa valid till Jun 2008. My husband is working in US with an H1-B visa. As, my company is delaying in sending me, I am planning to go for H4 and I have an appointment on Mar 29 in Chennai. Will there be any issue in the interview as I already have a stamped L1 visa (saying potential to work ....)? And will L1 get cancelled once I go for H4?

Please help.

Technically, there is no issue.
You L1 should not be invalidated, but consulate sometimes puts cancellation stamp on it.
