L1->H4 Help plz

Hi,

I am working in a software concern in India and I have a valid L1B visa. Meanwhile I am trying to get a H4 visa as I need to travel with my husband. Will my L1B visa cause any problem when I apply for my H4 visa? If so, what will I have to do so that there will be no issues in getting my H4 visa? After getting my H4 visa successfully, what will be the status of my L1B visa?

well there should be no problem, but you dont need H4 just to travel with ur husband... if u r planning to work on L1B.

once you get H4 ur L1B stands cancelled and you can nolonger work, w/o applying for a fresh visa.
