L1/H1 Pls Help

I came to US in 2004 on H1 from Company A. In Oct 2006 Company B filed H1 to H1 transfer from Company A to B. Company A filed H1 to L1 Change of Status in Dec 2006 with premium processing which got approved in Dec itself. H1 to H1 transfer got approved in Feb 2007.
What is my status?
I am still working for company A on L1. Is it ok?

I appreciate if somebody can reply for this.

I personally think you are on L-1 status. The H-1B to H-1B transfer was approved after your L-1 was approved, so you were not in H-1B status past Jan 2007. So perhaps it was approved in error and may not even be valid.
