I have an existing approved I140. However after filing for 485, I had to leave US for personal reasons, and in the meanwhile I missed a fingerprinting appt and hence my 485 was denied.
Now I am applying for L1B ? Will they reject based on previous 485 denial ? Or an existing approved I140 ?
Also, can I apply for 485 on the basis of approved I140. How long is this approval valid for ? Will my original priority date be used for 485 application ?
