I work for company A on L1-B which is valid till April 2007, as I want to move to a new job with Company B - I applied for a COS to H1-B starting oct 15th 2005.
Have 2 questions:
1. When will the L1-B get invalidated - will it be invalidated as soon as the H1-B is approved or will it be invalided after I start getting paychecks from Company B.
2. Once I have the H1-B approved for Company B, can I initiate a H1-B transfer to Company C immediately or is there a minimum wait time before I can act on something like this.
