i'm presently working for a company that will be sponsoring me for US L-1 visa for a two-months assignment. That will most definitely end in two months time. Thing is, I've also applied for another company that will hire me beginning january next year. And they are sponsoring me for H-1 visa.
I'm wondering whether applying about the same time for form I-129 by two different companies but for the same person will eventually backfire my chances of getting approved? Should I tell one of the two companies (I'm working for and another company that I will be working for) to withdraw my application?
any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated. thanks much!!!
