L1 after meaning of status

Hai everyone,

I have received my status on L1 after RFE as:

we mailed you a decision on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, please contact customer service.

what does it mean?

i also got same email last fri. but my lawyer said it means it's not approved. she said if it's approved, my status should say "approved notice sent"...but need to wait until i get mail.
i wish there's still hope for good news. please advise if anyone got an answer.
