I got H1B visa stamped for me & my family & was supposed to go to USA in month of December 2007 from India
However my current company in India has offered me a very good position in USA, however they are not willing to do H1 Tranfer, rather they are going to process L1 for me.
I am worried whether my H1 will get cancelled or what? Please help.
