L1 A transfer to Another company

Hi,

Urgently need help. I am in the US on an L1A Blanket Petition for Company A
Around the time I left India Company B bought 8% stake in company A .
Company B is my client and now wants to make me an offer.

What are my options ?

1. Can the L1A be transferred to company B, as of this month since Company B owns part of Company A

2. Do I have to wait till Apr next year for Company B to start H1B processing and then join Company B only in Oct ?

Did you ever receive an answer to your question. I would be interested in hearing the answer because I have a parallel situation.
