L-1A Visa Application!

Hello,

I did my Masters from US and worked there for a year on OPT and its been little over a year that I moved to India.
I am working in my family business and want to start my own company in US, I need some help on the same.
1.) Can I apply for a tourist visas b1/b2, visit the US, start a new company (sister concern of my current business in India) and apply for L-1A visas while I am in US?
2.) Do I need to visit India or can do a Change of Status from US itself?
3.) Is there any limit of investments for L-1A visa applicants?
4.) Can I start any business or it should match the nature of my current business in India?
5.) Do I need to take a US citizen as a partner in the newly formed company?

It would be great if some one can throw some light on this matter. Or if anyone knows a good Immigration Lawyer who has done similar applications in the past please let me know his/her contact details.

Any help will be appreciated.

As I understand your question, you do not appear to understand the requirements for an L1A visa. You need to consult immigration, business, and financial professionals for an analysis of the feasibility of your proposal and to protect your financial interests if you involve investors and partners. If you can afford to start a business, you can afford the professional; advice. If you cannot afford to pay the professionals, you do not likely have a viable business.
