I came to USA in 2001 on B-1/B-2 visa. Then I filed for I-129 as L-1A managerial post. I got L-1A status in may 2002. After 1 year in May 2003 I applied for extention and got Rfe for that. Replied for Rfe in Nov 2003. Before 2 weeks message was change that..........
Your file is transfared to AAO. now Last week it change and message is like this............
Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 15 and 21 days for us to process this kind of case.
what is the meaning of this situation. just now our status is valid or what?
In between We filed our I-140 in june 2003 it is pending no Rfe and no message change. Now we plan to file for I-485 and work permit is it ok?
If I129 L-1A denird then what to do? Our status is fine if we had filed I-140 and I-485.
What is the best in this situation. give your best ideas for this case.
